Terms and Conditions for Guiding Light Bookkeeping LLC
These terms and conditions ("Agreement") are entered into between Guiding Light Bookkeeping LLC ("Guiding Light Bookkeeping") and the client ("Client") using Guiding Light Bookkeeping’s bookkeeping services ("Services").

Services Provided
Guiding Light Bookkeeping will provide bookkeeping services to the Client as outlined in the Client Agreement. The scope of Services provided may be adjusted from time to time with written notice to the Client.
2. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to provide Guiding Light Bookkeeping with access to all necessary financial records and information required to perform the Services. The Client also agrees to promptly notify Guiding Light Bookkeeping of any changes to their financial records and to respond to requests for additional information as needed.
3. Confidentiality
Guiding Light Bookkeeping acknowledges that it may have access to confidential information regarding the Client's business and agrees to maintain the confidentiality of such information. Guiding Light Bookkeeping will not disclose any such confidential information to any third party without the express written consent of the Client, except as required by law or as necessary to provide the Services.
4. Payment and Fees
The Client agrees to pay Guiding Light Bookkeeping for the Services as outlined in the Client Agreement. Fees are due and payable on the date specified in the Client Agreement. Guiding Light Bookkeeping reserves the right to terminate Services for non-payment.
5. Limitation of Liability
Guiding Light Bookkeeping shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from or in connection with the Services provided, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of business or goodwill, or damage to reputation, whether or not Guiding Light Bookkeeping has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
6. Term and Termination
This Agreement shall commence on the date Services begin and shall continue until terminated by either party with written notice. Upon termination, Guiding Light Bookkeeping will provide a final invoice to the Client for any outstanding fees owed.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Guiding Light Bookkeeping is located. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures outlined in the Client Agreement.
8. Entire Agreement
This Agreement and any attached Client Agreement constitute the entire agreement between Guiding Light Bookkeeping and the Client and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, negotiations, and discussions, whether oral or written. Any modifications to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
By using the Services provided by Guiding Light Bookkeeping, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
